When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase and shipped on the next business day after processing. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
How long will delivery take?
After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. On average, delivery takes 8–10 business days, depending on your location.
What is your returns policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition with all original tags attached. Please note we do not accept returns of items purchased during raffles or sales, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will vary by carrier and location. Please email us to request the return address before sending anything back.
How long does an exchange take?
If you choose an exchange when registering your return, we’ll start processing it right away to resolve it within a few days.
What if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?
Contact our Customer Support team and we’ll advise on future availability or provide an alternative solution.
Where can I find my order number to register a return?
Your order number appears in the order confirmation email you received after purchase. It’s a five-digit code. If you can’t find it, our Customer Support team will be happy to help.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
We’ve got you. Please email us with a photo of the issue and your order details. Our Customer Support team will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Can I return my order after the 30-day window?
Please try to register your return within 30 days. If that’s not possible, contact us and we’ll explore options such as a replacement or a store credit.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, refunds are processed within up to 10 business days. It can take an additional up to 3 days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
My order arrived incomplete — what should I do?
Some orders are shipped in separate parcels due to weight or supplier constraints. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive on different days. The remaining items typically arrive within 1–3 business days after the first parcel.
